Before you provide us with your personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the European Regulation
on the protection of personal data 2016/679 (hereinafter "Regulation" or "GDPR"), of the Legislative Decree
30 June 2003 n. 196 as amended by Legislative Decree 10 August 2018 n. 101, whose objective is to protect
the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, in particular the right to the protection of personal data,
it is important that you read the information aimed at guaranteeing that the processing of your personal

Purpose of processing and legal basis

LEGAL BASIS
A) Correct provision of the Shooting Data service,
including the Premium service provided by the
application, as well as carrying out all the activities
necessary or useful for the improvement of the
Shooting Data service.
The processing put in place for this purpose is
necessary for the fulfillment of contractual and / or
legal obligations. The Data Controller has identified
the legal basis of the processing in the provisions of
art. 6 lett. b) and c).
B) Communication of information (i.e. diary
information, shooting performance) to the Coach of
your choice.
The processing put in place for this purpose is carried
out with your specific consent provided to the Data
Controller, pursuant to the provisions of Article 6 lett.
a) of the Regulations. In any case, you can always
revoke your consent through the app.

C) Management of the direct messaging service with
the Coach you have chosen through the chat
available in the application.
The processing put in place for this purpose is
necessary for the fulfillment of contractual and / or
legal obligations. The Data Controller has identified
the legal basis of the processing in the provisions of
art. 6 lett. b).
D) Sending information and promotional
communications useful to improve your sports
experience (such as: events, competitions, news,
promotions, etc ...).
The processing put in place for this purpose is carried
out with your specific consent provided to the Data
Controller, pursuant to the provisions of Article 6 lett.
a) of the Regulations. In any case, you can always
revoke your consent by through the Privacy Center.
E) Sending information, promotional
communications and personalized suggestions based
on your tastes, preferences and shooting
performance to help you get the most out of your
sporting experience.
The processing put in place for this purpose is carried
out with your specific consent provided to the Data
Controller, pursuant to the provisions of Article 6 lett.
a) of the Regulations. In any case, you can always
revoke your consent by through the Privacy Center.
F) Publication of your identification data and data
relating to your experience on the platform on the
social and web pages of Shooting Data.
The processing put in place for this purpose is carried
out with your specific consent provided to the Data
Controller, pursuant to the provisions of Article 6 lett.
a) of the Regulations. In any case, you can always
revoke your consent by through the Privacy Center.
G) Prevention of fraud and, more generally, of
access to the service provided by Shooting Data by
persons who may compromise its security.
The treatment put in place for this purpose is
necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of
the Data Controller, pursuant to the provisions of art.
6 lett. f) of the Regulations.

The processing of your personal data is carried out with the aid of electronic or automated means and
transmitted through telematic networks. The Data Controller adopts adequate technical and organizational
measures to guarantee an appropriate level of security with respect to the type of data processed.
5.
Nature of the provision of personal data and consequences of any refusal
The provision of your personal data indicated as necessary is essential for the pursuit of the purposes referred
to in letters A) and C). Failure, partial or incorrect, to provide your personal data will make it impossible to
use the service. The provision of your personal data for the pursuit of the purposes described in letters B),
D), E) and F) referred to in paragraph 3 of this document, is optional and your refusal will make it impossible
for the Data Controller to pursue the aforementioned purposes but will not affect your ability to use the
Shooting data service.
6.
Communication and diffusion of personal data
Your personal data will be processed exclusively by authorized personnel and by operators designated as
Data Processors

pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR, in order to perform the processing activities required to
pursue the purposes detailed in this document. The latter are direct collaborators of Fabbrica D’Armi Pietro
Beretta S.p.A. and their list is constantly updated and is available upon request by sending a communication
to the e-mail address

. Your data will not be disclosed.
7.
Minors
The Shooting Data App is not aimed at users under the age of 16, however, despite the commitment of
Fabbrica D’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A. in controlling and preventing the registration of such users, it is not
possible to guarantee the total absence of registered users under the age of 16. If a user under the age of 16
has provided personal information without the prior parental consent or equivalent, the latter can request
the deletion of the data provided by the minor at any time by sending an e-mail to the following address:

8.
Retention of personal data
Your personal data will be kept for the period of time strictly necessary for the pursuit of the purposes
described in this information, without prejudice to a further retention period imposed by legal obligations.
In particular:
•
for the purposes referred to in lett. A), paragraph 3 of this information, your personal data will be
kept for the time strictly necessary for the correct provision of the service offered by Fabbrica D’Armi
Pietro Beretta S.p.A. or until the account is deleted by you; purposes referred to in lett. C) to allow
you to use and operate the chat properly through the app and in any case for a time not exceeding
90 days from the sending of the first chat message. In case of failure to access your Shooting Data
account for a period exceeding 24 months, the data controller will proceed with the cancellation of
your profile;
•
for the purposes referred to in lett. B), paragraph 3 of this information, the Data Controller will keep
your personal data for the entire duration connected to the provision of the functionality and / or in
any case until the revocation of your consent without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment
based on the consent given before the revocation;

For the purposes of this information, the term "Data Processor" means the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body that
processes Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller (Article 4, number 8, GDPR ).
•
for the purposes referred to in lett. D) and E), paragraph 3 of this information, the Data Controller
will keep your personal data, respectively, for a time not exceeding 24 (twenty-four) months and for
a time not exceeding 12 (twelve) months, both starting from the moment of the collection.
Subsequently, such data will be securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised;
•
for the purposes referred to in lett. F), paragraph 3 of this information, the Data Controller will keep
the rankings of your experiences on the range for a time appropriate to the publication and
management of the assignment of any prizes or for other purposes strictly related to the
management of your experience on the range; in this regard, where the aforementioned rankings
are published on the social media profiles of the Data Controller, we invite you to read the privacy
policy of the individual social network (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), in order to allow you to know the
methods and purposes of the treatments of the information you published there;
•
for the purposes referred to in lett. G), paragraph 3 of this information, personal data will be stored
in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, for a period of time not exceeding
that necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed.
In any case, Fabbrica D’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A. will take care to use the data for the purposes referred to
in point 3) for a reasonable time with respect to the interest you have shown in the Data Controller's
initiatives.
9.
Your rights
Pursuant to art. 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the Data Controller also informs that -
where the conditions exist - you can exercise the following rights:

the access to your personal data;
•
the correction of your personal data;
•
the cancellation of your personal data, in the cases provided for by the GDPR;
•
the limitation of processing, under the conditions established by the Regulations;
•
the portability of your personal data;
•
the opposition to the processing of your personal data.
